Then a silicone microtube passes in the two lacrimal holes , in the upper and lower canaliculi (bi-canalicular intubation) and is tied in the nasal cavity.
The tears will follow this microtube that will maintain a certain diameter for a few months. It will be then removed easily during a consultation.
